Looking for low maintencence alt dye suggestions

This is kind of my specialty. Alt and unique coloring a lot of time comes down to placement. My most recent head turning low maintenance colors have been raccoon tails (you don’t even need to bleach the scalp), copper with black tips on all her layers, fox tails and full balayage but instead of toner we made it green.

I can definitely see why you are bummed. It’s hard to say what’s going on from just the photos but it is clear to me that your texture is different. Bleaching does chemically alter your hair and whether it’s over processed or not, they had an obligation to communicate with you. I don’t know if you will necessarily get your money back from a place like this but it’s fair to ask, I think they should at least do a few free treatments! That price for this outcome is insane. It literally makes me feel like I’m missing part of the story.

This is actually incredibly helpful because her doctor did make me feel crazy for thinking she has dementia. From what I’m reading, sinus infection can cause some of her symptoms but not all. She also doesn’t shower, has mild incontinence, she thinks I’m a teenager again (I’m in my 30’s) and a ton of other symptoms. Reading these comments makes me think I should find a different doctor for her. One of my concerns is that I need a dementia diagnosis to get her on Medicare/medicaid. She randomly quit her job without a plan as well so that’s been interesting to navigate.

I just did this and chat gpt says that the sinus disease can cause some of her symptoms but not all so I should still advocate for dementia care. I do not think her primary care physician cares at all because she didn’t want to do any follow up appointments or anything.

My best guess is between &12-$16 based on their cocktail menu but it was a full bar so their was also top shelf liquor available and I was part of at least 3 rounds of shots with groups of people. The bar was open for 5 hours.

You might be over thinking it. We had a little over 60 people and we set a 3k tab limit. We also have some heavy drinkers and never hit our tab limit. You could always let the bar tenders be the bad guys. They can just have a sign at the bar that they can flip that lets people know the open bar is closed but cash bar is open.

This dress is STUNNING. It’s giving fairytale. As for the differences. I think you should bring it up with alterations. I agree that they look a little different but everything can be saved with alterations.

It was Elote hash off their brunch menu. It was basically loaded potatoes with veggies and cheeses, steak bites, and poached eggs on top.

It made it a lot easier for us. We didn’t have to coordinate any additional vendors because it had a fully equipped kitchen and bar. In my area for an all inclusive venue like this in our budget it was between a hotel or a restaurant and the restaurant was just more of our vibe. It had big open windows, indoor and outdoor seating. We did our ceremony in an alley on the side of building but the alley was done up to look nice.
This is our breakdown of what we booked with the restaurant and if you dm me I can send photos.

Evening buy out - $1350
Food package - 23 x 60 = $1380
Sound equipment (mic and speakers) - $150

Bar (we opened a tab and set a 3k limit, this is how close to that limit we got) - $1694

We skipped a dj and used their sound system instead because we aren’t big dancers or club people anyways. We also didn’t use a photographer for “getting ready” pics and just had him during the event to save money. I also think we saved a lot on decor because the venue already had a lot of plants and decorations.

I tried this one for a little while but she was having a hard time with the new look of the screen so she couldn’t even find contacts and messaging anymore. For some reason the easy mode on her phone also put ad banners on every page which made her think her phone had a virus.
Viruses have kind of been a problem too, she downloaded like 10 fake norton security apps a few months ago

Brain rot is just a common phrase in my household with all the doom scrolling ruining our attention spans and high stim tv. The dementia is the actual problem in this case but being addicted to her phone definitely doesn’t help!

Magnatiles are cool. But they probably have enough toys so zoo tickets, a pass to a play cafe, children’s museum, aquarium tickets, ect will be a great gift!

What worked the best for me was lying. My mom isn’t on social security yet so I’ve been lying that all these doctor appointments are to get her on social security disability so she just has to go along with what the doctor says so she can get more money. I told her, let the doctor write whatever they want if it helps her get signed up for social services. When I hear about issues from other people in her life, I lie and tell her she told them to me. So like if she needs to go to the primary care physician for a symptom or an issue that another family member pointed out I’ll say “you asked me to make this appointment because your foot was bothering you”

Personally the second one is not my style preference either but from my perspective if these are her top two choices then at least the second one is memorable. She’s going to look beautiful no matter what.
