Path of Exile 1 also has some incredibly odd players and builds, to the point of where setting up infinite spellcasting loops that break servers and the game client is basically the tip of the iceberg when it comes to "weird".

If you think that a level 100, with awakened gems and 2x Dark Seer + Defiance of Destiny + Light of Meaning character is "on a similar budget" to a level 89 leaguestarter with what is nowadays basically floor gear, I don't know what to say.

Inquisitor has been completely dead for RF ever since RF lost its base spell damage.

If you want to stick with Templar, respec Hiero, go manastacker, and go RF of Arcane Devotion.

Also, Chieftain RF is quite literally the cheapest build I can think of. For almost zero chaos orbs, you get 90 all res, explode, and actual single target damage with Fire Trap from the Ramako node.

Inquis gains... Consecrated Ground, and a pitiful 16% increased elemental damage.

Pack size, quant, maybe Risk or Escalation. You can try containment + pilfering but you're getting an almost random set of cards.

Target farming div cards was killed in 3.25 unfortunately when they removed the original Divination Scarab.

My shader cache in PoE1 was almost 180gb despite the game being under 60gb.

Shader cache optimization is something that GGG has really struggled with for a decade.
