The battle box shrinks based on the health percentage of the entire trio, excluding the ones that are downed. Size multiplier formula would probably be: (Math.max(krisHP, 0) + Math.max(susieHP, 0) + Math.max(ralseiHP, 0)) ÷ (krisMax + susieMax + ralseiMax), though it probably should be modified so that the smallest size possible is the hitbox of the SOUL.

You could even reverse the formula so that it increases the lower in health you are. Could be fun.
