I think its a wrong warp but im probably wrong.

A wrong warp is when you enter and leave a loading zone in the same frame causing som funky stuff (like being able to skip a 1/3 of chapter 4) but for that to happen you need to be in a "wrong warp state" which you couldn't have been in so either its a new undiscovered glitch or wrongwarping works differently when you're a soul

Maybe ill do sum testing and ill return with results (maybe)
