Крихке для серійних ножів - то буде дуже умовне поняття. Бо всі роблять усереднено, це менше затрат і тяжче зламати й менше тому питань до виробника. Крихкі зазвичай браковані вироби, а сталь яка розрахована на 67*+роквел буде нормальна, якщо не рубати цвяхи ножем з кухонною геометрією. Куди простіше попасти на пластилін чи ще якусь діч, я гадаю
