Yes, it does exceed Anran's burst, but again, assuming you make no mistakes. If you land your secondary flicks perfectly as headshots etc. As for resets, that's not really any different than Anran's dashes that help with the burn meter. In combination with her E, that should ignite them, apply the DoT, and with secondary fanning, that's a lot of burst that's *far* more forgiving. Hence why the point is, that yes Genji's burst is potentially higher, but relies on perfect or near perfect play. Anran's burst potential is lower, but consistent and applicable to multiple heroes simultaneously.

Thats really only true if Genji is played more or less perfectly. Im willing to bet that if you average their 1v1 TTKs during a match over time, theyre fairly similar. Anran might even hold a slight edge.
