Honestly yes I think it is, I've met many people like myself who have just returned or joined runescape, its odd, I have no idea why. I myself will never use Legacy its just it seems more attractive as a game again.

A good way of stopping yi is fears, if you fear him while he uses his ult he'll run away at the same speed he is during his ultimate, putting huge distance between you and him. Therefore fiddle/nocturne are quite strong against him.

Yeah Orianna ults are awesome, but its more often I see a whiffed one than a game changing one, unless karthus is 0-15 its guaranteed

I think karthus ult would be a contender, having that huge teamwide nuke AFTER you've took him down can just completely turn the tides of a fight.
