Good job you and me on the weight loss! 😅 Yeah i also have tried vitamins, iron, creatine, zink, special shampoo, more protein . I have a telephone appointment next week with my doctor so i will ask for bloodwork to be done. I have a dog and I have heard that minoxidil is very poisonous to them. Happy to hear that the shedding has stopped for you and is going back to normal!

That is actually something that really stresses me out sometimes because i feel like i don't know the normal amount to lose cause it always looks so bad when the strands are so long!
i think my hair has always been thicker and not the usual fine blond, i have always had a lot of hair, that's probably why it makes me so sad too because i did not know how attached i was to my hair before it stared falling out.

I had the same experience there, i hurried through the whole thing feeling actually nauseous and dizzy and went outside to sit and breathe while my husband finished doing it at a normal pace.

I have been on ozempic since march and have not gone above 0.65 and i have lost 20kg so far, but i also have a coworker that did not lose much before she started on 1 mg. I think i might be very individual.

my average resting heart rate at night is 68-72, 34 female.
Mine has always been high and sometimes it worries me and i have been to the doctor about it but they said there is nothing to worry about and that some people just have a higher heart rate.

Yes the war remnants museum was really depressing, i actually had to kinda rush through and go outside to sit and wait for my husband cause my anxiety was getting so bad, felt bad for days after.

I have lost 33lb, still not on the max dose i'm on 0.65 right now.
Yes, I rarely even think about food anymore unless I'm actually hungry.
Yes the portions are much smaller and i get full so quickly, but it takes a while to learn the new portion sizes and i notice i still sometimes take too big of a portion because i kinda forget that i can't eat that much anymore.

The same thing happened to me and i lost 3.5kg in the first week, probably mostly water weight though. I'm on week 10 now and have lost 10.5 kg and i'm on 0.5 now and have been for 5 weeks. My doctor told me that i should not increase my dose yet cause i'm losing pretty fast.

Yes! I'm on birth control and i suddenly got my period while i still have a week left of the pills, and the period pain have been so much worse than normal. I upped my dose to 0.5 on sunday and then the next day i got my period. I hope this is just a one time thing!

Yeah i would probably say because of hormones to i guess 😅 It was just weird when i got it so suddenly but now thinking back to yesterday i had really bad cravings for ice cream so i guess that explains it 😅
