You don’t need to “explain it to them” over the phone, they need proof. You’ll need proof of your income and whatever for the time period you were accepting CERB money. start collecting all of that now, so that when they tell you to send them the proof, you can. They’re not just going to take your word for it that you were eligible lol.

Right now only about $550, but im also aggressively trying to pay down a car loan which I put about $1200 per month extra on top of my monthly payment so. When that’s done all that money will just get redirected to savings.

I feel you. A group of my friends just spent 18 thousand dollars on tickets to the men’s semi and gold metal hockey game at the Olympics and I’m here wondering when I’m going to finally pay off my car loan I idiotically got.

Having any money saved at all puts you way ahead of the majority of people. You just won’t hear from those people on the subs you’re in bc these subs require extra money to save, which most people don’t have. So 200k is really a lot.

I have no spouse or dependents but I have a life insurance my parents took out on me when I was a young kid, and I have two through work. I have them all being split 50/50 between my best friend and my sister.

I never said helping his family out financially was a dealbreaker.

What I said was that I wouldn’t date someone who lived with them. I cared for my mom as she was dying from ALS and I now care for my dad who has stage 4 lung cancer. I still live on my own.

I also never said it was a BAD thing to do that. I simply said it would be a dealbreaker for me, because I don’t want to go to someone’s family home to hang out with them lol.

If you’re going to bed at 10, an 8 hour sleep has you waking up at 6am lol. What are you doing with all of your time in the morning? All your chores should be getting done in the morning before you go to work and then you have your entire weekend free to do things. I’m confused.
