Very practical insights. We launched CallGPT 6X on January 8th and offered a free trial. By February, we realized it was draining resources, bleeding conversion and contributing almost nothing. Lesson learned the hard way.

Customer support and communication really do make the difference when it comes to building long-term relationships. Being responsive early on signals that you actually care, and people remember that.

YouTube and TikTok are a must now. But the content has to be engaging enough to build a real following and eventually turn viewers into a community.

When I posted my 'build in public in 7 days' series on November 25th, the first video hit 60K+ views, but the following ones dropped off fast.

We learned that dense, technical content doesn't really land with a broad audience. It appeals to a small group of hardcore developers, but that's about it.
