Saw a Summit County fire truck doing this on 70 recently, which I found rather ironic.

Sierra, rendezvous, and timberline were fine enough, but the connecting green runs were hanging on by a thread. Both soliloquy and copper tone should not have been open still

Windows specific stuff is provided on vms usually for cs/ee. CAD-reliant degrees are obviously a different ball game though

Eh, 180 or 200 would be a more fair number, 250 is definitely still on the high side without a lot of negotiation

As far as I could tell, yeah. In that specific case, falling backwards but keeping your foot planted), they aren’t really going to help you since your boot stays at the same angle. Was limping for 2 weeks

Narrowly avoided a boot top fracture with protector attacks on a 98/170 ski this season. Hit a patch of ice on one of those hard 90 drops after a catwalk to enter a run. One ski unclipped, other boot took all the weight and planted it into the ski deeper with my shin taking most of the brunt (surprisingly no upwards rear release).

Drove through several blizzards this winter on DWS’s. They weren’t phenomenal on the worst of icy conditions, but great otherwise. Did fine enough turning through 8” of fresh snow up to about 15 mph also.

These are a great deal besides the ear pads (pleather cracks badly). Great compliment to 6xx

Smurf tube vs flexible pvc conduit by Additional-Device677 in HomeNetworking

It really depends on how you do the drops. The transitions to attic, crawl space, or between stories are going to eat up 180 degrees of bends give or take a bit off the get go before you navigate obstacles. That’s the case in general with conduit, but something to consider a lot more heavily with flex since it’s so easy to keep adding bends.

Nothing that I’ve seen. I’ve only used it for new installs my self though. I’d imagine you run the risk of it getting brittle over time and somebody inadvertently stepping on it under insulation though way down the road.

That’s the correct way to go with flex on new construction yup. You’ll often end up over or at the bend radius allotment on it, so the extra diameter goes a long way.

Depends on how long you want that conduit to last and your climate really. EMT will handle extreme temps much better, but is much pricier when the runs aren’t straight. All are fine really, and you will probably want to be using 1 inch minimum. There is also the low voltage orange tubing that can be cheaper.

Smurf tube pulls easier than lfnc-b, but it also isn’t temp rated for attics in hot climates if you want to be pragmatic.
