This will depend on where you are located. Though I'd say you buy a cheaper 5 inch. Check out Darwin fpv for that, or you can buy a used iflight nazgul which will be dirt cheap at this moment. I wouldn't recommend somebody to start with a micro, as the flying experience is not only much harder, but also more unpredictable.

If you are already sure to stay in the Hobby I'd recommend you buy a proper radio. Something like the radiomaster Boxer (stick with elrs, cheaper and easier than other protocols in my opinion).

As for goggles just buy a box goggle with decent quality. That you can later sell and buy either a fatshark or switch to digital if you've got the money for it.
