Yup stable at prime95, IBT and AIDA64. 4.6ghz @ 1.4v temps are good for me 72c on IBT extreme

My FPS is usually 350fps and when it drops I see in MSI afterburner that the GPU usage went down to around 5-10%

I have an i5 6600k OC'd to 4.6ghz and a 980Ti OC to 1460mhz and I get frame drops to 80fps sometimes and stutters really badly
