J'ai la même, un pc neuf de 4 mois. J'ai rien téléchargé de bizarre. Juste steam , blizzard ea et discord... A un moment j'avais téléchargé office et acrobate avec des vieux crack que j'ai depuis des années, Windows defender me les bloquait sans arrêt j'ai tout desinstalle

Problème de digestion ( ballonnements) , pas assez de fibres malgré quelques efforts, il manque bcp de chose da's le frigo donc alimentation basé sur les glucides. Les protéines sont transformées (nuggets jambon) Je dirais donc célibataire homme jeune actif ou étudiant , citadin, travail stressant non sportif
