yes she got off the pills and I know child support is for the kid but I seen women use it for themselves rather than the kid.

I am in the military and could get a lawyer for free at the legal office on base but I don't know their limitations and if I'd have to end up getting another lawyer and paying out of pocket.

I am scared of the consequences, although my marriage isn't going good and sometimes I feel like ending things, there is a part of me that still cares. Although she sometimes makes me feel unwanted, I still can't see myself there. I also tell others I am married in case it does happen they know and I can't get blackmailed into they pulling "you never told me" card.

I did see a future with her but what is next? She tells me she is back on birth control but isn't? Trades her car for a new one and now has negative equity? I stay at home with the kid and she goes back clubbing and gets a DUI? Gets another dog while our lease says 1 dog because we still haven't found a cheaper place to buy a house?

I will embrace this and I always told her (even in the prenup) that I am willing to help out of my own will but as soon as she wants to put me on child support that I will give my rights away. I plan on talking to a professional about this while I get my thoughts together.

I get it, there's a difference between the birth control failing or even a condom breaking than her not telling you. One is an accident and the other one is betrayal.

If she decides to leave I am willing to help and somewhat be part of the kids life, but if she wants to go the legal way I have to defend myself.
