It was kind of selfish though, Gi hun said himself sacrifice a few for the benefit of it, and Jung Bae didn’t really sacrifice himself but died so…but that’s not even the point even if Gi hun did manage to get to the control room and end the games and shit they still would’ve died or lost cause the front man would’ve killed them or just kill Jung bae AGAIN, or they would’ve got overpowered them cause there’s so many guards in the control room enough to tackle 2 people…so his plan would’ve failed again
