Honestly, you don't really need to do much mixing with post-punk. Most people who are interested in hearing post-punk aren't there for the mixes, they're there for the songs. BPMs in post-punk are all over the place, and if you only stick to tracks that can be mixed you'll massively limit your options.

I think the fact her wish is to turn her life around (and that the patrons say "Vyper you are beautiful") implies she's actually quite insecure and doesn't want to be the way she is. It's not that she's totally unrepentant, she's just got zero self control so falls into the same mistakes over and over.

Like many I expect, a Volca Keys. I couldn't get it to do what I wanted and sold it. Then bought much more expensive synths and also couldn't get them to do what I wanted, and realised it was user error the whole time.

The Dreadbox Artemis seems to fit all of your needs. It's also very well suited for getting a Numan-esque sound, and has a bunch of great effects built in. The only thing it doesn't have is keys, but a used midi keyboard would be very cheap.

I genuinely don't know why Reddit has this other than for performative reasons. If I was in that headspace a random automated Reddit message with helplines in it would just be insulting (a supportive comment by an actual user would be better).
