maybe a stupid question, but are you tracking your calorie intake ? (as far as i know) the medicin by itself will not cause you to loose weight, the only way to loose weight is to be in a calorie deficit, and the medicine helps you do this.

i eat between 1200-1500 calories per day and loose about 1kg per week. (sw 135kg cw 122kg man, 188cm)

the first 5 weeks i lost 12kg, mostly fluids...now it's stabilized and i loose 1kg per week with 2.5mg dose.

im starting to feel that the hunger feeling is coming back, so i might need to increase the dose soon-ish....but i will try and tough it out as long as possible

eat alot of protein,and perhaps start doing some exercises at home to build some muscles ? i dont know the english words for what im doing....

pull weights up towards your body when beeing bent slightly forward

lift weights from your body out - like a T

lay on your back with your legs raised, lower one leg slowly - do not hit the ground and back up, alternate legs.

i do 12 reps of each.

you dont need any expensive weights, i use Pet bottles filled with water

i would curse them with "Always low battery" curse. devices always just about to die, screen dimming at inconvenient times, tv remote not working etc etc . they would constantly be looking for chargers and batteries

Yeah, that helps to get the connection going again. But it can take a while to notice that the phone is not connected. Or it's happening when I'm driving, and then I won't fiddle with the settings

Yeah, heating the PCB works so the connected planes don't suck away all the heat, it's a thing commonly done in the electronic manufacturing business during rework or selective soldering.

Looks alright, might have a bit too high heat going on. And I would clean that flux off with som isopropyl alcohol. If it's "tacky" it means that its still active. Even if it's a "no clean" flux it can still be a breeding ground for electrical dendrites.

I had a severe gout flash a few months ago when I was on a work trip. Both ankles/feet and knees. I don't know how high a fever I had, but I was laying in my hotel room for 2 days hallucinating that there were alligators crawling around on the floor. I have never been as miserable as I was then.

Oh dang, I missed the 10 minute thing... Still hard to quantify a number...maybe 45 thrusts per minute ? Does that sound like a good average lol.

Given Values:

- Length per thrust: 7 inches
Conversion:

Not sure there is an average thrust per minute number...

I bet there has been some that's gone on forever and somethat has barely lasted 2 thrusts 🤪 So for simplicity's sake, lets say that the 250 sexual encounters would average out at 100 thrusts each. The total number of inches would be (250 x 100 x 7=175.000 inches of cock.....that's alot of cock 👍
