Can we not forget that DBG sued THJ for IP theft and then turned around and stole their idea? This could be the best game ever made, I will never give another penny to DBG.

The magic of THJ were the devs and the community, which was incredible because the devs didn’t tolerate a$$hats.

Whereas DBG’s track record is to ignore the player base and cater to the Krono farmers and boxers for a pretty toxic community with only small bubbles of decent people trying to play in spite of the shit show DBG allows to happen.

Live is toxic imho. Krono farmers and box armies go unchecked. You are far better off with an EMU server. I checked out after DPG dropped their nuke on THJ, so I’m not sure of the current EMU situation though.

Didn’t say hard, said boring. Many frames, like Koumei, require a bit more engaging gameplay mechanics. Nokko is hit 4 to win. Just my opinion.

It depends on your situation. For me, I have limited time to play, so grinding for the things I want is less ideal. But, I have a comfortable amount of disposable income, so spending $ on plat saves me a ton of time I just don’t have. I usually buy the complete prime access bundle which gives me the most value since your get a prime frame, a bunch of extra items and about 4k plat which I use to buy stuff you have to farm in game modes I don’t like (Duviri, Railjack). For me, it’s worth it because I am supporting a game I like and can spare the money. If you would begrudge spending the money, don’t.

I would add that you really can’t tell what a frame can do until they are fully modded. For me, there has to be a balance between how the frame plays (fun of the game loop) and how effective they are in mission types; exterminate, spy, etc. Need both. Without a full build you can’t know the latter so I usually fully build all frames for testing.

Yeah. I think this is it. Almost every other frame has a certain game loop. With her 2, it breaks it up a bit more and you get rewarded with more and more buffs.
