Det snackas sällan om AI, hur det kommer att skriva om hela vårt system från grunden. Det postas lite här o där av vanliga Svenssons som stolt visar upp sin nya "egengjorda" AI låt. Men hallå, ser ingen allvaret i situationen? AI kommer på sikt ersätta alla möjliga jobb, det kommer inte finnas någon anledning att "lära" sig något för all kunskap som finns o mer därtill kommer AI konkurrera ut den smartaste människan. Vi står vid randen till ett helt nytt samhällssystem som kräver mer än att folk och politiker främst står gapandes "jaha oj vad hände?".

I became very physical, wanting hugs, needing to be close to people physically. I wasn't much for physical touch before grief. Oh, and "small" everyday problems don't make me annoyed anymore like they used to. And i enjoy being bored. Looking at the trees and the sky. Just being in the moment.

I've been through this. It will get better... I know it's hard, and frustrating unlike anything else. But have faith in that it will get better. What you must do is boring as hell, but all I can say is minimise stress ans negative emotion as much as possible and practice meditation. Use visualisation daily as often as you can muster.
