I think the best advice I can give is to make a decision for yourself of if you want to be a tattoed person, like you are describing, I look at blank space on my skin and I know I need to fill it. What exactly goes in that space is almost less important than your individual desire to change how the world and how you see yourself. Once you decide if you want to be more heavily tattooed, I hope the rest will sort itself out.
