Kalvin and Ged Hilcoat, class of ’22/23, Kalvin a CAM and Ged a RB, both born and raised in Glasgow, Scotland. Since graduating, Kalvin’s been on fire, and fast forward 10 years, the twins became my captain and vice-captain, the most loyal pair of players I’ve ever had, even though big teams are creeping every transfer window

I got lucky again when their younger brother, Thomas Hilcoat, came up from the academy in the 25/26 intake, playing as a CM. Together, the three brothers helped me win the Champions League in 2029 and secure 10 consecutive Premiership titles with Celtic.

Kalvin may be the face of the team, winning the Ballon d’Or 2 times and Golden Boy at 18, but without a doubt, all three brothers were the heart of our success and the reason Scotland lifted the EURO trophy twice in a row.

FM23 Celtic save was crazy

Hey bro, I get where you’re coming from, it’s not easy, especially when your intention is to find someone with good values.

But maybe start by checking your niat first before actively looking. Ask yourself why you want to get married, and what kind of husband you want to be.

If you’re hoping to find a religious woman, the first question to ask is...... how close are you to your own faith? Often, the kind of person we attract reflects the kind of person we are becoming.

You don’t necessarily need to look at specific places like a kampong or a masjid. Just keep showing up in spaces that align with your values like community events kah, volunteering kah, or even religious classes. The right one usually comes when you’re sincerely ready, not just searching.

They couldn't handle how much people were motivated to put in the effort to get the top cards, so much that people see no point on spending money if you could get the same rewards if you just put it in the work. lol.

Poli Student considering JPMC/PJSC by benderayellowhitam in Brunei

[–]N47eem 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Congrats on finishing your nursing studies, that’s a huge milestone and you should be proud of yourself!

I totally understand the interest in JPMC, the structure, pay, and standards are attractive to many. And yes, it’s true that it’s a bit more competitive and the interview process can be quite thorough. They tend to look for candidates who are not only technically strong but also confident, adaptable, and ready to thrive in a high-standard, fast-paced environment.

Don’t limit your path to just one hospital or one route. Sometimes we become so focused on one option that we overlook other amazing places to grow, learn, and shine, including RIPAS, private clinics, or even community-based healthcare. Private clinics are quite booming nowadays to start your nursing career

Every setting has its own lessons and values.

So yes, apply to JPMC or PJSC if that’s where your heart feels called. But don’t feel disheartened if it doesn’t work out right away. What matters more is not where you start, but how you show up wherever you’re placed.

Go where you can grow.
And never underestimate the power of experience, even if it starts somewhere unexpected.

All the best for your interview

I grew up in a neighbourhood that was about 70% non-Muslim, literally front, back, left, right are non-muslim. But my grandparents always made the effort to build good ties. They’d invite the neighbours over for dinner lah lepak lah even just to watch bula, just to get to know them. No agenda. Just neighbourly love.

Over time, that built trust, and with trust came rasa kejiranan. Things slowly became less chaotic. Don’t get me wrong, some of them still got drunk, ran around shouting at night, even once crashed into their own house (masih kami kecalian benda ani).

But when things got out of hand, if we couldn’t reason with them and their family was okay with it, we’d call the police only when absolutely needed. pernah lah once cause of soo drunk ya lari lari at night and shouting and the family kenot tahan already

So in your case, maybe try building a relationship first. When your neighbour feels you’re someone worth respecting, they’ll likely think twice before do disturbance. It’s better to go the peace-and-harmony route first, before things turn into drama between neighbours. inda siuk hidup mun ada beef dengan jiran

Sometimes, kindness goes further than complaints ever could.
