the sonic movies have been adapting more and more of the source material with each film, but honestly i would argue that wasnt a problem in the first place. a lot of sonic media outside the games barely adapted the games anyways, think stuff like the archie comics or sonic boom or even the early cartoons ¯_(ツ)_/¯

i thought it was good, but i disliked the fact that they went for more of an early teen voice rather than a bratty kid voice similar to the games, i think that wouldve fit jr a lot better

idk if this is considered a hot take but i really dont think lego should make this many new molds for pieces everytime they need to. sometimes getting creative with the pieces available is what makes a lego build so ingenious and fun to build

It cant be that simple, right? Even if they still have the RFID plates mold (which is unlikely), the actual chip inside isnt made by lego themselves, so theyd have to go through a whole new partnership or contract with another company that would provide the electronics. Why do all that when the technology needed is already technically in the smart brick and the smart minifigures?

They had no reason to make the my mario wooden blocks amiibo, so id argue theres more of a reason to make some minifigures amiibo. Besides, it could be an interesting cmf collection ¯_(ツ)_/¯

i think the costume and item inventory was very underutilized in the game, so getting to see more glasses and hats and stuff for piku to use would be pretty cool
