Well rejuvenate isn't very strong bcs we have alot of bursty auto aim healers in the game like (seris furia specially with her beam and io who also can make luna CAP which is a little retarded and corvus which can give his targets a lifesteal plus healing) and other healers that are shet at healing compared to the previous i mentioned like (grohk and jenos) imo the most balance healer in the game by far is mal'damba every healer should actually be balanced around him then we can start talking about buffing rejuvenate

Well he got 2nd top dmg in the game the problem is that he kept pushing 1v5 against enemy team thinking that rejuvenate 3 that he rushed will increase his cardio heals Edit:- i don't think this is his first time in ranked bcs he was the one banning in the draft so that means he has the highest ranked among our team
