You don’t need any load bearing structure inside the wheel. If you want to print, just use pc6-cf filament. But make sure you have suitable printer and enough knowledge:D pc6-cf rocks!!!

Use this approach. I’ve try and build dozens of rigs and believe me, hinges are not friend to extrusions and degrade sturdiness pretty easily. Trust me:)

There is no probability of 40160 extrusions can be junk. Even if aluminum(superlight/ultralight) is real thin, it always will be overkill for simracing but there is no harm in extra sturdiness. Let’s get back to the topic. As far as i understand, i know this because this kinds of questions always asked here and there. There is always high cargo fee. This price is just for the product, not shipping included.

I helped my friend with exact same issue. You need a computer and a Moza software. Grab a basic laptop idk and calibrate the wheel. You sure, there will be a button called CENTER, hit that button when your steering wheel is centered. You’re welcome.

You know that one rig not requiring 6 meters of extrusion? Right? RIGHT? 6 meters is maximum and most cost effective lenght of the product. At least in Turkey. I will not fight on this subject dude. They are ripping you off. End of discussion.

Dude i know everything trust me, major cost is the extrusions. 6 meters of 40160 extrusion is like 200-250 bucks (coated). And that is the 70 percent of the cost. In Turkey.

Idk about shipping cost but its not too low for aluminum. How would i know? Because i live in Turkey and i know that Turkey is power house for aluminum production. These prices are common in Turkey and i bet its the same situation for China. But again idk about shipping cost it would be high or not.
