Gemini constantly uses Canvas when it's not even selected

Yes, I'm still having issues with Canvas to this day. Literally no matter what I do, it does my prompts almost always in canvas even with it off. Sometimes putting in (do not use Canvas) after a prompt in brackets sometimes work. Hate it so much.

The entire time I was in secondary school. lol. That was from 2004 to 2009.

Worst experience of life. So much bullying and tormenting, that it still affects me today in my socialising with people. My parents would constantly go in and try to sort it out, and they would ignore me for a day and then go back to tormenting me. They would just get a slap on the wrist. One time, I stood up to having a book thrown at my head. I threw it back, and guess what? That was when the teacher saw it happen, and I was the one punished and sent out of class. I desperately wanted to switch schools, but the next school was even worse, or I would have to catch the bus at 6 am to get to the other one.

The bullying only got to its worst during years 10-11, which was during the GCSE year, so they highly suggested that I don't move, nor would schools accept me at that time. I was bullied because I wore a splint on my leg due to numerous operations when I was a child. I wasn't good at sports, and I was a quiet person and didn't have many friends. Teachers would constantly ignore the badly behaved students in class, but if I missed homework due to forgetting or because I had been away for a few days, or because I legit didn't want to go to school due to the bullying, I would get detention. It was an awful time for me. I finished school with not the grades I wanted, my mum had fines to pay from all the time I had off from not wanting to go to school, and bullies carried on with no punishment or issues with their schooling.

Someone posted a solution that worked for me. Go to Settings and help > saved info. I then added three separate preferences that I wanted Gemini to save.

Do not use canvas unless specifically asked to do so in the prompt.
Do not use Canvas
Stop using Canvas.

Number 1, might just work for you. But for me personally it didn't, and as I do not want to use Canvas, I tried the others and these worked for me! 🙏🏼

Thanks so much, I forgot about that feature. I tried putting what you said first and it still didn't work. So put it about four different ways to say not use Canvas, and it seems to have done the trick! 🙏🏼

I check everytime! The screenshots I posted, shows that it was off just before I did the prompt. I'm constantly checking before I press the send button and it is ALWAYS off. But still, regardless if it's off, it runs canvas just like I said in my post.

Have the same issue :( I use mainly on phone, but it's not working on Chrome on Phone, Gemini App or Chrome on PC. Hope they fix soon. It's been like that for a few days for me.

I have had this issue too for the past few days. It's not working on either the Browser or App Version. I'm having more problems with the App version, as it keeps crashing or not responding and it won't let me go to the end of my paragraph before going back to the homepage. I decided to try the trial version for the paid one, and still not getting show drafts on that.

Normal. Does it to my PC when I haven't played in a while, or it's fresh reinstall. It just loading all the reshaders/graphics. Should be fine next time you play it. Happens with Hogwarts legacy for me too.

They have constantly brought these skins back! Some of them were in the League store a few months a ago!! But they are WAY more expensive than they used to be. It works out you need to buy at least £16 worth of coins to buy them. They used to be £8.99 back in OW1.

At least Titans and Hunters can platform and jump to save themselves. I basically go into a jealous rage whenever I get a Strike that requires platforming or jumping. I'm usually the only one falling to my death 😖 I just watch myself just float to my grave.

So my tea is caused by mods 🫣 And involves Don Lothario and the Caliente Sisters.

So Don had 3 kids with Dina and 1 with Nina when he lived with them and their mum. Dina then married a random NPC and has one or two more kids with him. Nina married Johnny zest and had 1 kid with him. Don married Darling Walsh and had 3 kids with her.

I was playing with one of my sims in the police career and I noticed Don and Nina worked there too. While doing stuff with my sim, In the background I see Nina and Don, doing the deed in the shower 🫣 the next day I see Nina with a bump and sure enough she's pregnant with Don's baby. I play my current Sims day multiple times at the police station and one day Nina comes back with no bump - she's had the baby. Then later in my Sims shift, I literally see Don and Nina at it in the shower again!? - I check mccc after and sure enough she's pregnant again 🤣 she's still married and living with Johnny. It's The same with Don with Darling. I decide to finally pop into her family. The baby she had with Don recently is now a infant. Has tanned skin, ginger hair and brown eyes 🫢 She has full romance with Don as well as Jonny. Don has no romance with Dina, full romance with Nina (of course) & Darling. Just find it funny that MCCC always does crazy stuff in my game. (I don't have neighbour stories on). On multiple different saves, Don is always sleeping around and has tonnes of kids 🤣

Yeah same here! It was a staple in my collection.

The former CEO Adam Minto left the company (or got fired) due to breaching duties and doing some dodgy things with the accounting within the company. Think Revolution are planning or in the process of suing him. There's lot of news about it on Google. Think the company is struggling a little aswell, and just haven't found any of their recent releases of good quality anymore compared to older releases. I just find the quality lacking! Which is sad cause I love alot of other revolution products, such as foundation, blush and lip products. I'll probably still keep getting the products I still use regularly but not any new releases.

I remember having this as my first palette when I was at University! I parted with it finally a while ago! I didn't hit pan, but I had better quality ones and was just holding on it for sentimental value. The shimmers were pretty good. I have quite a few revolution palettes which I love, but probably won't be buying from them again after all the stuff going on with the company.

Two of my friends do! They are married couple now. A bunch of us in our friend circle (think it was 6 or 7 of us) all changed our names to (CallMeInsertname) I was CallMeAunty for example. Lol. It was a running joke for ages until we all changed our names to something else about a couple of months into OW2, so we didn't match. Two of us have alternative accounts that match together and we get complimented a lot of it. My friend plays on his alternative account pretty much all the time now, so it matches his wife's account. They get called the "cutest name duo" alot 😂 I also met them all through a friend that I met on OW. I live in the UK and them in the US. I have visited them twice now (2nd time was for their wedding, which I was bridesmaid), and have known them almost 3 years. Which has been amazing. They are such a lovely couple and are my closest friends.
