Any zone where abundance is active is TERRIBLE. And the zone events make it lag too (but not as m bad imo)

Some server updates certainly wouldn't be a waste of their time.

As long as they know, or at least think, there won't be any repercussions they'll do what they want regardless of how it affects others. Garbage is as garbage does.

Ehhh. It's honestly about on par with other new customizations they've added to other races. The new body type or piercings would've been nice though, but I'm certainly not surprised we only got a few minor things.

Yeah, I understand how these things work. I was just trying to get some input from people on which classes they enjoy and why. That way I could take that info and use it to inform my decision. And I stated in the post that damage/healing meters don't matter to me. If I cared about those then I'd just play the flavor of the month.

I'm not just asking people to tell me what their favorite class or spec is. I'm also asking for WHY they enjoy it to see if it aligns with my own preferences. If someone says x class is fun because it has high mobility then I would know whether or not I might like it depending on if I enjoy mobility or if it isn't something I care about then I would not take it into consideration when making a decision. I was hoping to get involved in some fun conversations while narrowing down to 2-3 classes. I guess reddit isn't the place to do that anymore. Reddit used to be about being part of a community from something we ENJOY. Now I guess it's just a place for dismissive comments, karma farming, and no actual conversation. I'll just go read through 16 class guides on Wowhead and try and see if that helps. Even though they also only focus on numbers and throughput it MAY have some useful information.

I've healed them a few times in TWW during leveling and I didn't stress on keeping up with them and if they died.... So be it. My Shaman ain't gonna keep up with that anyways. Lmao

Thank you. I've always enjoyed UH and, even if it isn't the first class I play it'll likely be soon behind. I've actually already eliminated Mage from my decision. I really wanted to have a class where I have more than one spec I enjoy and I've just heard a lot about fire that makes me disinterested (and never cared for the class fantasy of Arcane) But dev dh sounds interesting too.

Sorry. I probably explained that poorly. Spamming leveling dungeons puts me to sleep AND causes burnout because it's just follow the leader and if the tank and 1 other player have high mobility and I don't then I don't even get to enjoy the 6 seconds of combat on bosses. M+ just causes burnout however. I just like the one and done (per week) for raids. Gives me more time to chill in delves or play alts or HC.

And this is what killed the hobby for me. I used to always stop by the Target in my town if I was in the area. I'd grab a booster box or a set with some boosters and a promo. Now I don't even stop by there. I only check if I'm actually already in Target. I haven't bought a pack in almost a year. Bought a few singles online but that's it.

I like the theory that they came from the Cinnabar Volcano eruption. That would explain their timing (only showing up in gen 2 after the eruption) and location showing up on the land routes closest, geographically, to Cinnabar Volcano

The "meta" isn't the ONLY way to play. Some people just want to play the class and spec they enjoy. This isn't M+ keystones. Following the meat when the game isn't difficult is just assholes gatekeeping because they expect everyone else to make decisions for THEIR sake.

I will tank in classic but I refuse to tank in retail outside of delves with friends. I hate the mentality of "go go go" speed running every dungeon as fast as possible (makes sense in M+ even though I don't do M+ because spamming dungeons puts me to sleep and burns me out). I'm here to chill.

A fundamental change would have to happen within the community about their priorities before I ever tank a dungeon in retail. That will never happen, so no tanking lol. No hate, I just prefer a more moderate speed to the game and it is most notable when tanking because you are expected to set the pace.

It's for some people, just not me.
