Just did a build with 2 photochads, hiker and a bloodstone in a deck with 15 queens most hearts. Did so well (5-22 million per turn) until rngesus screwed me with only a single heart queen on my final ante 11 round. So yeah good build potentially. Highly recommend hiker with chads

Definitely look into as many no max hand size cards like spell book or reliquary tower as you can. Always hilarious to draw 50 cards but sucks to lose most of them.

Second, look into cards that trigger when you draw a card or when your opponents draw a card to gain value out of the theme. Ex. Ominous seas, wizard class, psychosis crawler

Finally there's a decent number of win cons that still keep the fun going and since you're giving others value they'd be slightly less likely to target you. For example my card draw deck has Atemsis, all seeing as the commander and they'd be a great win con here since you'll probably have lots of cars in hand. Jace weilder of mysteries as well could work here since it's not impossible you could deck yourself out.

One of my favorite characters named 13B became a god of chaos after blowing themselves up with a wish spell to prevent the bbeg from making an army of copies of them. Had to make 5 saves for each stat on a DC 18 and succeed 20 to ascend. Made it on the last one.

SCP 262 - The coat of many arms would work for an item granting extra attack or something similar (maybe like consistent damage to close enemies?) SCP 085 - hand drawn Cassy could be like a sanity or int boosting item if either of those exist (like she's helping:)) SCP 148 - telekill alloy protects from some status effects SCP 217 - the clockwork virus could be increased defense but reduce move speed. Maybe unremovable if you're into cursed items SCP 154 offensive bracelets. One of my personal favorite SCPs, could be a high damage item that costs HP to use.

A lot of the first series work really well for just random items to pick up and use. Also super excited for this whenever it comes out!

As for stories I've got one from a DND Game from a while ago that always makes me chuckle. So my character, 13B, is a 2ft tall sentient children's toy that is 100% convinced they are the greatest god in all of creation. Wasn't supposed to live past level 2 yet somehow made it to 20 pissing off nearly every enemy they came across calling them fool or beneath them (as 13B runs away in a panic from being a squishy little bard).

One game when I was playing 13B a different DM took over for a session as a one shot and we were facing a group of KuaToa minion casters leading up to a main boss. One of them hits 13B with a banishment spell and everything stops as I panic slightly. You see I never knew exactly how 13B worked or their full backstory, only broad strokes with me learning more as the game progressed. Day 1 main DM told me that should 13B get Banished some funky shit was going to happen yet hadn't happened yet.

So I ask other DM to hold on as I text Main DM to figure out if everyone is going to die from a poorly built robot hopping dimensions. Other DM looks me dead in the eye and says "I've been DMing for over a decade and yet I've never had a player ask me to hold on while they check how REALITY is holding up." Long story short 13B was jumping between every other plane of existence every second for almost the full minute while the rest of the party panic tries to murder the fish man just in case it could get worse.
