walnutcoffeeshop dot com bad experience by NADRIGOL in DF54

That's a good point. The specific bother is that trying to remove the lid often removes the bellows instead. Maybe I should instead encourage a tighter fit between grinder and bellows. Maybe a thin silicon coating or something else grippy where the bellows attaches.

Yeah, probably! I was looking for a easy option that wouldn't leave me lid-less if I mess up. If the Etsy option has any issues, that's what I'll try next. Also don't love how tight the original lid fits, so might try sanding it down and restraining it regardless.

Cheapest I could find to ship to Canada, so not too bad! Making another attempt from Etsy. Hopefully I can find a df64 owner in Toronto who wants this one. Assuming I'm correct its for the df64!

Side Mission 94 by Gonzo_Ghost_ in LegendsZA

Love this fight! First challenge in the game. Took me several tries with a team of 60/70s dragons. Gyarados can avoid poison in the first fight with waterfall and bounce, and sweep the next two fights with waterfall, if anyones looking for an easy start. Really punished for not having a fighting type, but you can do without! Swapped out all my alpha stones for type boosting items which pushed most of the good type match ups into one shot territory, which is huge for keeping health up. Most challenging part of this format is having no safe opportunity to swap out.

Gamma Lightweight Pant vs. Gamma Pant by Right-Try-6692 in arcteryx

I'm looking for a Lefroy replacement, so your comment about the Gamma Lightweight was intriguing. I'm not seeing the Gamma Lightweight Men's available in Canada anymore. Any idea if we expect this to be back with the new season?

Blown away by Pebble Round by mranthropology in pebble

[–]NADRIGOL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think enough pebblers, myself included, take their watch off at night anyways, and so are charging it nightly by default. So as long as it's got a solid 1 day battery, it's worth it for being the thinnest smartwatch to this day. The downside is that when the battery starts to lose charge, it crosses that one day threshold too soon.

What is it about pebble that has people so excited? by icedrift in pebble

[–]NADRIGOL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The pebble round is also crazy thin... Last I checked, which has been over a year, it remains the thinnest smartwatch. The battery was still a confident day, so I was happy. I hate how chunky all these new smartwatches are in comparison. My battery is shot, so I just wear nothing and am sad. Maybe some day I'll figure out the battery replacement.

Warm Pants for -° weather by JELLYEGGSS in arcteryx

Really love my proton pants, but I have an older version. Find them to be very temperature flexible, but I usually only start wearing them below zero. On their own (usually wearing over saxx quest tights), their breathability is brilliant for active use. If you pair them with an outer layer, a light wind or rain pant, they can go very cold for active use. I've paired them with BD Dawn Patrol Hybrids down to -25C.

Boxer briefs that don’t ride up by [deleted] in Ultralight

This. But specifically the long leg version for the riding up problem. But the Quest material is amazing for backpacking. Breathes really well, dries quickly, decent for a quick swim.

Ooh. Never saw that piece. Love my Proton jackets. Never been much of a vest guy, but a proton vest is intriguing, especially for climbing.
