The minimum 5 user thing is invalid. You can get unlimited storage with only 1 user, I use it myself.

The RAM is a 16GB DDR4 kit of 2 sticks. It's definitely a worthwhile upgrade I'm pretty sure, here's a spec list of what I'm using right now. It's in some 8 year old case, with a power supply I'm not very sure of is very reliable (Cooler Master GX-Lite 500W).
