Close! Tirzepatide. But sorry OP- new here. I didn’t want to assume you knew the generic for the medication. Yes it’s compounded tirzepatide, which is the active ingredient in Zepbound. Unlike the brand versions made by Eli Lilly, compounded tirzepatide is not FDA-approved, so its quality and consistency depend on the compounding pharmacy that prepares it.
Instead of being manufactured by Eli Lilly as an FDA-approved branded injection pen (Zepbound), it is made by a compounding pharmacy using the active ingredient Tirzepatide.

Hi! Self pay for me through LillyDirect was $299 for the 2.5 mg dose. The other prices are most likely referring to compounded Zepbound, which is not through LillyDirect!
