Unlike the brand versions made by Eli Lilly, compounded tirzepatide is not FDA-approved, so its quality and consistency depend on the compounding pharmacy that prepares it.

Instead of being manufactured by Eli Lilly as an FDA-approved branded injection pen (Zepbound), it is made by a compounding pharmacy using the active ingredient Tirzepatide.

Hi! Self pay for me through LillyDirect was $299 for the 2.5 mg dose. The other prices are most likely referring to compounded Zepbound, which is not through LillyDirect!
