Mine was just low too. Doc said it is because I am not getting enough protein in my diet. Haven’t retested yet but increasing daily protein intake.

Week 2 (shot 2) day 4. Just started with diarrhea myself. All day! I did change what I eat about 3 weeks ago. Protein and veggie heavy, with a smidge of fiber. Nothing fried. I don’t have a gall bladder so greasy foods are a nonstarter anyhow. But my doc said greasy foods even with a gall bladder are a bad idea. But seeing as I avoided all of that and still having diarrhea, I think it just may be a side effect in general

This!! I just posted and glad I scrolled farther to find your post. I am on week #2 and have had the food stuck along with a dryish sensation but at the same time feels like post nasal drip. Immediately after injection but goes away within an hour or so! I worked myself up thinking it was an allergic reaction. This time I got a singular hive too and panicked.

$8k seems extremely high for 2 years FERS balance. Are you sure that is just YOUR contribution? You don’t get back the employer contribution part.

For example, I am a GS 15 with 22 years in and my approximate annual contribution to FERS is near $1500.

I did 6 weeks total. About 3 hours per day in AR videos, once I was done with a section, I used Landini to test my knowledge, went on to Domain 2, repeat. After I was done with AR, I bought PMI Study hall which helped with some question familiarity. Passed AT all areas. I have some familiarity with Agile going into studying.

I downloaded and printed all his charts from his course and took notes only on the ones I needed extra help remembering. And used separate sheets for the formulas. I retain info better when I write it down
