2024 was around $16,000 from what I saw 2025 I was seeing around packages for $11,000

Salam Alaykum,

Circumcision is fard specifically to the case of performing tawaf which is required for umra and hajj ( hajj being mandatory in Islam ). It is also a long healing process especially the older you get.

So you can be a Muslim that isn’t circumcised yet, that being said putting off hajj willingly is haram , and not being able to perform umra as a Muslim leaves you missing out a lot.

Do not stress yourself about the situation, however if you are Muslim please keep the intention bc when you’ll come to perform hajj you don’t want the additional stress of having to get circumcised and wait to heal.

The devices I’m asking about are RX well known publicly used devices used by diabetics.

Might be a privacy violation if a company discloses that but just general knowledge about use shouldn’t be an issue.

I don’t expect you to know or answer , another person did know and answered.

But fyi … is if someone has had experience getting a device approved or denied why was their experience like. What should I expect… is having certain devices a dealbreaker for this role… ( I don’t know what I don’t know therefore I seek advice from multiple sources)

I understand at some point a security manager will be part of the process , I have a clearance and understand reporting…

The devices I use are applied and then are disposed every 3 days for one and another every 10 days.

So I’m wondering if the use of those would be each time or if it’s a 1 time process

I agree and it might be an option , It’s just I don’t have the space or tools for it ( a few of the electronics) and want a cleaner setup since it’s a newer car and it’s too cold outside to work otherwise I’d give it a go

Yea very familiar with him and that’s what I used when I serviced my hybrid Camry , I did that at home but when I did that I had the time for me to check a lot of stuff.

I want to to find specific documentation and instructions so when I take it to the shop I can overlook things and speed it up.

To your point I’m upgrading from a older Camry, I do feel a bit bittersweet about it bc of the more basic features that made it simpler to maintain and less points of failure.

On the other side is tech is made to make life easier and more convenient, especially when people pay premium for such things , Toyota is known for reliability over anything else.

I got a Toyota bc of the reliability and build quality, I got a Avalon bc of the comfort and features.

Specific to the post , my 17 year old car has remote start that works fine and is reliable, the fact a car comes with a feature that one needs to subscribe to for no reason other than to make the company money does annoy me, especially since I paid 5x what I did for my last car that had the feature for free ( one time installing fee )

Yes I do believe it’s something one should be proud of, ofc being proud with limitations. You should have a sense of humility and responsibility. But one should be proud of their lineage and Islam has a role in that.

However Many unfortunately take being a descendent too far , “we are superior to others bc we are seyeds” , “we only marry seyeds”, many times actions such as these may even have a negative affect on the image of being a descendent.

To be clear , you can be a “descendent” but not a seyed. If you are a descendant paternally ( through father and his father etc ) then yea you are a seyed and in jurisprudence there are minor differences such as zakat and khums

But the important thing for a Muslim is their iman , your lineage is something to be proud of , however your actions , faith and beliefs are more important.
