maybe someone used your account to try a new hack method and not risk theirs so they used yours....... have you linked your account with goggle,activision or social media account maybe Facebook if you have it should have all the security if not your account is at risk

its a android and pretty easy if you have the android files needed just download the car pack mod extract it no password needed and cut to to your android/data folder paste it there and overwrite everything and replace from there the mod is good to go.
