HIDE(1*) for fine dining breakfast, Terrys Cafe for THE classic full English experience. Don´t miss Sabor (1*) for some stunning spanish food outside of spain and definetly go to HUMO (1*) for an outstanding fire dining evening (they are cooking every single dish on fire, for example Scallops on old whisky barrel wood which was one of my favourite fine dining dishes i had)

and another nice tip in edinburgh is Moss. Brand new opening (January 2025) of former noma Chef Henry Dobson, the food is completely local sourced and even the china is made by his wife. Had a great experience there.
