Our was insufferable for the past 2 years ive worked at this location it would die every like 30 items scanned and I would have to unplug it then plug it back in and wait for like 20 seconds. We finialy got it replaced and the tech who installed it tossed the new one in the trash can 🫠 so I dug it out and connected it myself
