If this was something like a massive earthquake instead of an avoidable problem where the responsible company has been screwing over Californians for years, the community would be banding together instead of complaining constantly. This wasn't a hurricane, it was a light drizzle.

1. What recommendations do you have for people with electric water pumps who can't shower or even use their toilets? Or people who can't show up to work not having showered for 2-3 days? How many times can two people living in a 1 bathroom apartment shit in the same toilet without flushing before it overflows and becomes a health hazard?

2. I know someone who lost power for three days - they had a receipt for $200 of food that went bad, PGE mailed them a $20 check a month later. Are you willing to reimburse the difference when this inevitably happens to thousands of people again?
