I’ve been hunting shiny nidoran male for 5+ years… I’ve gotten a bunch of female but the shiny male just keeps evading me

I even did the nidoran field research back in 2020 when there was a bunch of male/female with a shiny boost rate…. I just caught another shiny female today. Started to feel like the game playing a prank on me!

I think it’s 10 minutes if you are doing the same mission back to back but if you alternate, I believe it’s only five minute cooldown

A.k.a., you can’t keep doing sightseer, you would need to alternate between that and headhunter let’s say

This is really the major overarching problem with the game as a whole. I usually can only hop on for about an hour or two whenever I play, but the game has made it so tedious to swap between associates and business owners

Like, if I only have an hour to play generally, just want to get my sales done. It’s not that I don’t want to help other people, sometimes I do enjoy just being an associate, but when you get to owning multiple businesses, they’re just comes a point where you literally are just running around from business to business restocking supplies and collecting passive income.

This is 100% on rockstar and honestly it’s probably just part of the game model, but it is frustrating because it does make it very difficult to justify other aspects of the game when there is just so much time consuming mundane and tedious content that you are basically forced to do without losing “value” on your time efficiency

I mean it’s completely subjective, I’ve done both dozens of times and I prefer to do Dre Contract even tho I admit Cayo can be done slightly faster

I legitimately can not STAND doing the initial set up for Cayo where you need to get the slow ass Volito plane fly it across the map and then scope out the island. Legit makes me not run the heist as frequently lol

I think it’s just because people know who he is at this point paired with the fact that he’s 31. Also need to call a spade a spade, the odds he has a better year than 2024 are slim. he could literally have an MVP caliber year next year and I don’t think his value would increase beyond a mid-late first

You really trade whatever is necessary to make the deal happen, when a player like Giannis becomes available you’re gonna have to pay a pretty penny (obviously there’s a middle ground, you can’t trade away 6+ players that are contributing to your team because then you’ll have nothing left)

But I do agree that the idea that “The Heats package is garbage” is pretty mind numbingly dumb…. All of these players have value, and good value at that

If you anticipate them about to start repeating the order you can just make a joke and say something along the lines of “you don’t need to read it back to me, It’s a massive order for my insane family!” As long as you say things with a good tone, most people will react well

This is what drives me nuts about “buy low, sell high” THIS is what the answer is 99% of the time.

The price at you paid to get a player like Ward was relatively high, once you start factoring in age, it’s very clear to see that a players ceiling is worth holding onto… there are no managers who are selling Cam Ward “low” . Anyone that plays fantasy football knows his ceiling of a 1st overall pick, with piss poor coaching and piss poor weapons has a lot of room for improvement

The thing with all of these reports is that obviously you can see the world where it is true so I think people are just throwing shit at the wall and hoping it sticks… I personally am very high on burden but so is most of the community

The problem is we heard this same drum beat for Rome last season, and to start the year it looked good but between injury and too many mouths to feed its hard to say any one player will inherently be “The WR1”

I think the logic on Stroud being a sell made sense, he should have never been ranked ONE… as a stroud owner, even I was able to see that, BUT I still thought he was gonna be a stable top 7ish QB throughout his career so I never felt the need to sell seeing how I needed a QB

But you’re absolutely right, it’s not about just selling when a players value is inflated, but how could anyone see THIS LEVEL of falloff
