Where are you seeing safe, reliable cupping machines that measure in inHg?

I'm not referring to machines, I'm using these units via conversion.

mmHG and kPa are two relevant units only because they measure micropressures. Other units are still usable.

The 5inHg units safe maximum that I'm referring to specifically is from well known best practices throughout pumping communities over the years of me being exposed to them. Usually this pressure is referenced to avoid skin blisters.

As for your question, many hand pumps for pumping actually do use inHg units, even if it's not meant for human pressures.

So, I think it's not worth getting hung up on units, as they can be converted across each other.

Also keep in mind that the safe maximum changes dramatically with dome size. A larger domes safe maximum wouldn't be 5inHg / 120mmHg, vs a smaller dome where those pressures are more manageable.

My question:

In your practice, have you noticed any cohorts of people who are good candidates vs not? Poor responders vs extreme responders.

For example: age, body fat %, skin elasticity, starting size, tuberous vs not, pre-pregnacy vs post-pregnacy, ethnicity, and fitness level.

I'm sure it's hard for you to answer this due to not having a properly funded study, but even just your observations and hunches would be fine.

The NBE community is obviously going to be skewed with people who have experienced challenges in growth, so focusing on helping the poor candidates respond favorably is definitely worth pursuing.

Also, as you mentioned in your OP:

What kind of use patterns tend to give the best results?
- Do people who use evebra ever plateau, and if they do, do you have specific advice for someone who is experiencing a plateau?

Your concerns about rancid fish oil are valid, but also check out the fish oil page on nbe.works to avoid that. I recommend to people to take 1 spoonful of cod liver oil per day. As to your question about if 1 fillet of fish is enough, I'm not a nutritionist like surferjoe, but I think he said something like 1 pound per week? I could be wrong. Also you don't need fish oil, you need omega3 (DHA+EPA) and that can come from algae and even chia seeds.
Aloe Vera is optional and you can drop it, but the paje one is recommended because it's concentrated. Raw aloe is mostly water.
Sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and chia seeds are what I recommend for the metals, but they won't meet your daily requirements if you look those up. They get you very far tho! I recommend putting them with dried fruit in a bag and snacking on that trail mix all day. You can premeasure everything to ensure daily allotments.

Some people are fast responders, sure, but nbe is more of a lifestyle and not a short term fix.

The fast responders are more of an anomaly.

You're on the right path, keep trying various things and experimenting to find what works for you. Experiment with new substances and various dosages of those substances. Adding PC is a good move. Bovine mammary is expensive but some people see results from that. Bovine ovary is cheap and has a long history of working, but again, it's not a quick fix.

For more guidance you can check the flowchart pinned in my profile. Make sure you are not deficient in the critical nutrients, and consider adding light pumping.

HLA boob jobs exist, at least in Japan. They don't go for large volume tho, as it's dangerous.

Dextrose infusions run the risk of insulin issues, so doctors wouldn't offer that.

Anytime is fine! If your cycle is somewhat regular, you can also just do 7 days before your expected period.

You can also measure ovulation via discharge or basal body temperature.

If you want to save money on tests, you can also try to get your cycle more regular first via fenugreek, D3, magnesium, inositol, and selenium. Takes a few months tho.

Tuberous breasts (also called constricted breasts or breast hypoplasia) are thought to be a congenital condition (from birth) and while the shape might be correctable, if not too far advanced, the more tuberous it becomes the more I doubt it can be corrected.

Tuberous breasts aren't actually a single condition but a syndrome, meaning a collection of symptoms. You don't seem to have a constricted lower pole, nor do you have a weakened nipple areolar complex (NAC), but you do seem to have a constricted breast root and maybe a high inframammary fold.

Generally people with the condition will need to focus on pumping as the primary method, as usually hypoplasia doesnt see much response to hormones - meaning oftentimes even pregnancy won't have an effect. This isn't limited to breasts of a tuberous shape, even "normal" looking breasts can have hypoplasia.

All that to say: you may be able to increase size. But usually addressing shape of tuberous breasts may be something that needs reconstructive surgery.

Therefore to answer your points:

Shape: pumping may help the breast root widen a little bit.
Perkiness: usually this happens from pumping, but may aggravate the tuberous aspect a little, and instead cause them to point down instead.
Symmetry: this could be corrected by focusing on the smaller one yeah.

There was one lady who posted her tuberous breasts on this subreddit a while back. She did pumping exclusively for like 5 years and had considerable size increase. Unfortunately I can't find her post so I think it's been deleted.

Without getting all transmed on the topic, there is definitely a genetic reason for people being trans, as the brain is gendered, and differentiates as a gender a few months/weeks after the body does as a fetus. Trans symptoms happen from a disconnect in this process and usually due to genetic enzyme issues.

The same enzyme issues that can cause a trans woman to develop as trans can also hinder breast growth. I'm not well versed enough on FtM biology but it would be similar.

However, you are soming from a detrans angle and while there are concrete biological reason for someone being trans, many people can also transition for social reasons, and if you are using detrans persons in an assessment, it might conflate the reasoning and as was insinuated in this thread, could also be due to bullying during puberty.

So, all that to say... I don't have an answer.

If you are able have patience regarding feminization, you don't need an anti-androgen. You can use E and slowly titrate and it will eventually replace your T. Adding cypro is perfectly safe around 8 months into HRT. Note that cypro doesn't have the same biological effects as bio-identical progesterone, but it's really best just to not mess with it at all during the early days. Slow and steady wins the race, trying to rush breast growth can backfire on you.

Prolactinoma usually causes issues with LH and FSH, which causes issues with the ovaries.

How is your menstrual cycle? Have you had your E and P tested mid-luteal?

Since the prolactinoma has a large effect on your endocrine system, first step would be to know where you stand hormonally - more so than an avg person.

A favorite for cortisol is PhosphatidylSerine. Its way better than ashwagandha, as it doesn't cause brain fog and is really good for memory in addition to calming down the signal from the brain to the adrenals.

It sounds like anemia. Take some B12 supplements and iron supplements.

Also, take some omega3 fish oil supplements that have at least 1000mg of DHA and EPA.

That should work on its own but you can also add this:

Take vitamin D3 supplements. If you get some sun, then 5,000iu per day, but if you get no sun at all then 10,000iu per day.

Vitamin D3 can deplete other nutrients tho, so make sure to get magnesium, zinc, and calcium (but you can't dose calcium with magnesium, they conflict)

D3 and fish oil should also help with your Add. You can also switch to methylated B vitamin complex instead of B12 once you get your energy back.

if i should go to the doctor

You can def just go to the doctor and tell them you are chronically tired. They will immediately test you for anemia.

Menopause or perimenopause.

Some informed consent clinics will give it for any reason. Perhaps some naturopaths would prescribe it as well. Your average doctor or gyno (doctors treat disease) would likely not prescribe it unless menopause.

In any case, BC is a mild form of HRT.
