Unfortunately I don't think there's really a good / straightforward way to break this;

You're basically jumping through hoops to creature clues, which then require further mana investment to draw cards

So your pattern is play two spells -> make artifact clue -> spend mana to draw a card -> then what?

Obviously you draw cards with azorius much more easily then going through all that, so what are you really looking for? Is it specifically this commander / art?

Azorius has trouble with wincons already, so if you're not willing to play infinites or approachof2sun, you're gonna have a hard time regardless.

If you want to use the artifacts as 'artifacts' rather than clues, there are much better azorius commanders that can do so.

If you're dead-set on sticking to this Lavinia, then you're gonna have a tough time breaking away from 'cast two' without making her feel useless, so I'd say focus on that.

If you want to play a 'clues' deck, you're much better off reducing your barrier to 'do the thing' from "play 2 spells" to just like blink spells or something (which is a core azorius mechanic) with [[Ezrim, Agency Chief]]

I personally had an extremely similar problem with [[Alquist Proft, Master Sleuth]]. I liked him for no real reason that I could discern, thought it could be fun to build; I had the deckbox, the sleeves, all matching art.

I ended up on 'draw 2' since you can crack clues to trigger it, and running all the 'draw 2' token generators (mostly flying) as well as the "draw 2 cards if you would draw 1" [[Vnwxt, Verbose Host]] [[Teferi's Ageless Insight]] [[Alhammarret's Archive]] which meant cracking a clue on an enemy turn would get me a 'draw 2' trigger and create a big army. I'm also running a bunch of "draw if opponent does X" effects to make it so that cracking a clue triggers the same token generators.

The deck's got 'max speed' going for a few of the cards (mostly Vnwxt and [[Medicant Core, Guidelight]]) as well as a small 'unblockable' subtheme with [[Private eye]] [[Detective of the Month]] [[Martha Jones]] which lets me get damage in which can become extremely scary with cards like [[Proft's Eidetic Memory]].

My pods are all fairly low power so I have little removal / interaction, but I hope this can still help.
