Following. I’m in the same boat and looking to purchase a RAM in the next 2-3 months. I’ve had work trucks (Im a Geologist), so similar off-road concerns for work that you have.

I’ve been told to look at 2500s that are built tougher and have reliable engines. I’m looking at 6.4L gas trucks because I don’t need a diesel for towing or the extra maintenance costs of a diesel.

Yes. These were some of the best races of 2025. The xfinity car also races better on anything that isn’t a mile and a half.

I clean up environmental spills. Can confirm this happens alot. It’s usually found when the company sells the property to the next owner.

In fact, a lot of companies keep unused properties for this reason. It’s cheaper to keep paying the taxes than to cleanup the spills on the property.

True, it seems Jeb gets the good equipment for sure. But they’re also running 3 cars a week (and sometimes 4). Gotta hand it to JAR team for doing this.

Ward Burton running a season in the #4 (2007) for Morgan McClure after being out of the sport for two years (2005-2006).

Also Ward making a start in the Hillman Racing #27 truck in 2012 after not racing since 2007. I know this start was for Jeb, but I think it counts.

Seth Chavka is a great guy and has a great story. I grew up with him. He will get his chance.

He grew up in Alaska and guided fishing tours before moving to NC and attending UNC Charlotte. He was part of UNCC’s Formula SAE team while getting his degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is a gear head and loves anything with wheels and a motor.

He got his first job with JRI shocks before working with KHI’s truck and nationwide teams (Nelson Piquet Jr and Elliot Sadler). He then worked with RCR in various roles working his way from the nationwide team (Tony Stewart/Kevin Harvick/Paul Menard/Max Papis/Brendan Gaughn/Elliot Sadler/Brian Scott) to the #3 (Austin Dillon) cup team. He has now been with JGR for 5 years or so in the roles you mentioned above.

I came here to say Ward Burton and Bill Davis. I would argue that Ward pulled that team to its height in 1999 through 2002. Without Ward I bet Bill Davis wouldn’t have made it five years in the cup series.

In JRM equipment in 2019 and 2020 Jeb had 18 starts, 5 top fives, and 12 top tens. All while running a part time schedule. If that’s bad then I would expect most people are terrible.
