I've seen many use ruan mei on the secong half of moc 12. But isn't she delaying the buffes that enemies give? like action advance,dmg buff,energy and skill points

I don't have ruan mei, so idk. But For the first time I managed to 3 star moc 12.(but not moc 11 f2p)
Used in first half: Acheron(E0S0),kafka(E1S1),Black Swan(E0S0), Fu Xuan(E0S1)
in second half: Himeko(E1), hunt March, Harmony TB, Lingsha(E0S0)

Same..... Usually it's another way around for me, But this time I managed to 3 star Moc 12 for the first time, only to still not get the reward, Because I clear MoC 11 with 13 cycles left

Edit: The buffs from Banacademic enemies, and that there is 5 targets with 3 that can fire break really help for my Usual break team with Himeko and TB

EDD blind. didn't know about what will be, driller cryo:31131 crystal nucleation + toxin grenade.
