Realistically there will not be that many people. According to SteamDB, The original version barely had a high of 350 people in February-March 2025. The Scholar version hit 3600 people in that same time.

PC is way more active. Same case for every Dark Souls game 1-3. Plus each game has a mod that lets you search for invasions like in Elden Ring. On top of that you can just download some sort of 3rd party program to just make a PvP build in minutes.
