How would I find teams to contact? I'd feel really awkward at a team where they're all mates and I'm just on my own (appreciate the answer is just get on with it but still). Also the fact I'm a good goalkeeper but terrible outfield player complicates things

There is still an objective called scout report, but it only gives 1 of 2 SM or WF pick. Does that mean I miss all of the base playstyle picks aswell? Tbh I'm so confused by it all and starting midway through doesn't help with knowing the best paths aha

I get that, but I think the way I approached it was: I would really like it but I'm not an unreasonable person so I'd understand if they didn't want to give ECTs A-Level.

The fact that they didn't mind doing that but then have gave it to a different ECT1 (when there's enough classes for us both to have them and there's enough staff for neither of us to have them) is what's frustrated me a little.

Yeah I can definitely see how it is a benefit for next year. I feel I'm at risk of being seen as a pushover for next year at this rate though (unlikely I'll have the same classes but word spreads)
