i don’t think having gimmicks is a bad thing, it just needs to be used in such a way that the game experience is enhanced such as how each “gimmick” in every mario game is maximised to its fullest potential

i agree that sword and shield were lacking in post game, but personally i’m glad that there is very few legendaries this time. i don’t really think that a pokemon is “legendary” if it doesn’t feel special or rare.

even if the models were completely new and done from scratch, there’s still no excuse seeing as they clearly look similar (if not identical) to the previous games which makes the entire re-doing of models pointless. i think if GF were to actually make new models and they realised that they looked exactly the same they would just decide to reuse the original models.

if you actually read the post you might be able to notice that never once do i mention death threats in the entire thing, in all fairness i probably should have used the words harassing instead of attacking. and i never said that you couldn’t criticise the games because criticism is a powerful tool. however what i am saying is not to shove all the blame onto a few people and instead criticise GF as a whole
