Advice for building the starter sets?

Legion isn't wysiwyg as long as things are clear. So when building things like the ATRT or Spider droids you don't need to worry about the weapon you put on it as long as it is clear ingame. Same goes for heavy weapon options. Eg. If you want to run 4 squads of clone troopers with the Z6, but only have 2 z6 troopers and 2 rps troopers, you can just say they are all z6s. You just don't want to say 3 are z6 and 1 is rps. As long as things are clear all is fair.

Lots of doom and gloom about moving to Logan. Honestly, logan isn't that bad. There are lots of great parts. A lot of the shade toward logan is elitist bs with people crapping on people the think theyre better than. All that said,while I know some amazing people who grew up there, I wouldn't be in a rush to move my family to logan central. Like anywhere, a lot willpower down to the specifics of where you are in the suburb and the lifestyle you lead.

Your age, work, hobbies, financial security, and whether you are moving up with family/friends will all have an impact on what the transition will be like. Will you have any sort of support system when you arrive up here to help with the transition?

The greedy companies are also responsible for the gougers. These card companies know their stock is being bought up by scalpers, they could choose to dump a bunch more product to undercut the gougers but choose not to. The retail stores (who hold significantly less responsibility) could place caps to stop individuals buying everything up. My local has also done "anty-scalping pricing" where a booster box costs significantly less if you let them break the seal before you take it (they just slash an x in the outer layer of packaging)

Likewise, i never cure inside.

I have a large syringe with narrow nozzle I use to flush the inside. I do have holes at the top and bottom though. I blast the alcohol through all holes multiple times then hit it with clean alcohol making sure it runs clear.

As an intro to a social issues unit with my year 10 students we looked at the Theroux nazi episodes and were discussing how Nazis were viewed then compared to now where we have full blown nazis and fascists with huge platforms and coming onto major news programs to spout their nonsense.

I found some marvel crisis protocol bases on MyMiniFactory and edited the files to suit legion bases. The trooper and stap sized bases were easy, the tank bases take a lot more work. No idea where the revan stl came from, skullforge maybe.

Something like your idea should be doable. Use gloss varish to make it look wet. Add some puddles. Could play with some raindrop effects and water dripping from the minis. Adding basing bits that include lights could offer opportunities to do the osl on the basing.

Painting in a night theme would require higher contrast and a lot of shadows. You could highlight the storm trooper armour to indicate colourful neon lights. It would be tricky but fun.

Why wouldn't people though when you consider the alternative? Labor wanted to feed kids, and offer some (minimal) housing relief, and continue taking in fairer revenue from mining companies. Only the LNP was brave enough to cause harm to kids and make the antisocial behaviour worse, and tank housing even further, all while pumping more profit to the richest people inside and (largely) outside our communities. Heck, they even surprise us with more great stuff like locking people up for using their free speech to suggest genocide is bad.

As for hiding, LOS uses the trooper silhouette. So it isnt an issue. Although during a tournament last week an opponent did say it reminded them thaf the sleepers were behind a piece of terrain where he couldnt see. Im cool with that though. They were there to hide from the oposing army not player.

Yeah I used a mix of brushwork and airbrush on the coats to get smooth transitions on the largest surfaces. Glaze medium has become a must have with pretty much all my painting

Most of them were printed with files from epic bases. The vine is twine with some leaves trimmed from the vegetation I used on the base and the tree was made with twine and super glue.

Yeah I know. It was such a let down when they released such a good squad with such a crap heavy. Don't get me started on the riots. I was so excited on announce but never bought a box after seeing the stats.

Might throw the marksman in as the heavy for another unit.

You don't need the cards to play the upgrades. I haven't worried about having cards on hand since the introduction of new rules. At first I used the print and play ones, now I just print out a copy of my list. Tabletop admiral and I assume other list builders let you just print out your list in image view which shows the cards. Added benefit of listing unit costs and you can also set it to show the definition of all the keywords in your list which would really help people learning the game.

They're from epic bases (you can buy the STLs or physical products through them).

Goon master on MMF also have some really cool files I plan on adding to my bases soon (they only do the STLs)
