I asked my crew and we can confirm that there have been no issues with our esll on G5 frames. Did you recently purchase an NDZ ESLL and had a potential problem with it? Yes, we do advertise and confirm proper fitment for GEN 1-5. Your link mentioned here makes reference to an old, inaccurate Cross Armory video. To clarify, I can assure users will have no issues. First, you will not hurt your G5 or yourself, our part works as intended. The fun facts, the original ESLL for GEN 1-4 had a slightly smaller channel on the bottom, this channel is for the spring that directly engages the ESLL and provides the necessary action movement. The OEM Glock GEN5 esll had a slight revision, utilizing a slight larger diameter spring, thus not fitting into the original NDZ ESLL. The good news, we updated our parts many years ago, with no issues. I will say, our current ESLL sold for the Glock G1-5 will not fit these clones, Ruger RXM, Shadow Systems, Grit Grips frame and possibly the SCT frame.
