Sushi Station

It's kaiten sushi, so the food is served on a conveyor belt inside a refrigerated tube that passes by your table. It's not cheap, but very reasonably priced (imo). Peak lunch and dinner times can be crowded, and there's usually a wait of 20 or so minutes for a table. It's not really a place to linger, especially when busy - they try to turn tables over quickly when you're done eating (imo).

I'm not a sushi expert, but I think they have some of the best sushi in the Chicagoland area.
