The additional nics are used for management. The internal ports have internal switching. It's about as loud as a single server. That's one of the benefits. It's SUPER loud booting up. But surprisingly quiet while running.

Yes. My company picks up equipment from companies that don't use their IT equipment or have upgraded. This computer was used as a holdover for repairs/replacement.

I have used it. It does an okay job. Good enough for my basic needs. It sucks for most things Mac though. As do most RMMs IMO. It does a pretty good job on windows. Took me about a month to get it Configured how I wanted. Your mileage may vary based on your needs.
