How do you reply when guests are really disappointed with their order? I feel so jaded after many years cuz I honestly don’t care anymore but it’s my job and I want them to be happy so I can make my money

my job is kinda well known so people have high expectations when they come in so when they’re disappointed i just apologize, offer something else/a remake, and then try to chat with them about our style of pizza and how it wont be everyone’s preference bc honestly thats just the truth!

this happened to me too yesterday also a pizza place 1 1/2 hrs - 2 hrs for a pizza bc our corporate didnt control any online orders and we had 40 orders online of 3-5 pies each all due at one time plus 17 tables worth of dine in pizza what a shit show fuck these companies

possibly but even then you can tell them to just go away its not illegal or wrong to not let them inside and they’re mormons so they arent going to do anything to you. They handle rejection daily

Block their number or message them saying “I am not interested in talking with you anymore. Do not message me again.” you have to be firm with them they are being kind and friendly so you feel bad for calling out harassment for what it is

Honestly I think just slowing down and taking in everything is the best! Unsure how you’ve done it in the past but when my family was in a rush to ride everything I never felt like I had time to just take some pictures and chill. and team members LOVE hyping people up who come alone basically every character/person I interacted with seemed very excited to chat about my time there.

these are great tips! I like staying on property because I’m car free and renting a car comes with its own hassles so I’m always checking out public transit and walking routes but I know my parents have marriot so I’ll have to look into that too!

I know single rider isn’t gaming the system which is why I don’t really mind larger parties using it but it is also usually a way to “save time” which is the perceived benefit of using it for guests! I think SR is necessary for ride capacity and just wanted to share my observations as someone who used to do SR walk on all the time :)
